Information You Give Us

When you send our quote form, call us, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email, a description of the work, and any photos. We use it to answer your request, prepare quotes, schedule work, and follow up about your job. Our form is processed by our form provider, Basin, which stores submissions on our behalf. We keep customer records in HubSpot, handle calls and texts through our business phone service Quo, use Microsoft 365 for email, and use QuickBooks for quotes and invoices.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site: for example, which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, and whether the quote form is started or sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location, and pages visited. It does not tell us who you are.

Session Recording and Heatmaps

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, to improve and market our services. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. We set Clarity to hide page text and it never records what you type into forms. Advertising Measurement

We advertise with Google Ads and use Google's conversion tracking to learn whether our ads led to a call or quote request. When you send our quote form, your email address and phone number are shared with Google in a scrambled (hashed) form, so Google can match the request to an ad click. This is called "enhanced conversions". Google does not receive your name, message or photos. Phone numbers shown to visitors who arrive from an ad may be Google forwarding numbers, so we can count calls from ads.

Your Choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
• You can manage Google ad personalization at My Ad Center.
• You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, which help us run the site and our business, or when required by law.

Storage and Safety

Our service providers may store information outside Canada (for example, in the United States), where it may be subject to local laws. We keep quote requests only as long as we need them for your job and our records.
